Hi I’m Danielle, I have grown up around dogs all of my life of different breeds so, I have always had an interest in understanding dogs, how they communicate and the bond and relationship we quickly form with them. Then as a family we adopted two Trailhounds from a rescue centre.
My dog training journey started when we rescued two two Trail-hounds Zac and Gilly. We had previously rescued another Trail-hound and fell in love with the breed. However, these two were not plain sailing by any means! They had never been in a home environment before, they were reactive, they were very nervous and they had no training whatsoever. They barked at the telly, reflections and were very nervous of people! This is where my passion really started…
I did what most people do and started searching online and quickly realised, you very quickly go down a rabbit hole of conflicting advice. During lockdown I used my time to complete a Level 3 Diploma in Canine Training, Welfare and Behaviour. I really enjoyed the deep dive into giving a wider understanding of how dogs think and learn. I then got offered a job working for Dogs Trust Dog School Manchester West as a Dog School Coach.

I am proud to be an accredited trainer with both the APDT and ABTC, which means I am committed to kind, modern, reward-based training.
I hold a Level 3 Diploma in Canine Care, Behaviour and Welfare, as well as a Level 2 Customer Service Diploma, so you and your dog get the best support both practically and personally.
I have also spent years working with a huge variety of dogs training with Dogs Trust, gaining hands-on experience with all sorts of personalities and training needs.
All of this helps me give you and your dog training that is effective and tailored to real life!
