Course Description

Designed for puppies up to 6 months old, this course builds all essential foundations, including:

“Leave it” command

Training takes place over four 45-minute sessions, delivered weekly in a friendly and fun small-group environment to ensure maximum puppy progress.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel within 24 hours of payment for a full refund.
If your course begins within those 24 hours, a refund may not be issued.

After the 24-hour window, payments are non-refundable, except in the following cases:

Eligible Refund Situations

Your puppy/dog cannot cope or is unsuitable for group classes
→ Remaining weeks will be refunded.
The dog passes away.

When Classes Cannot Be Held in Person

If in-person classes are not possible due to weather (heat, ice, snow), traffic issues, or instructor illness, the session may be held online. These online sessions are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.

Rescheduling

If your dog becomes ill or comes into season before starting the course, you may move to a future course one time only (advance notice appreciated).

Missed Sessions

Missed classes cannot be repeated.
However, depending on notice and circumstances, an online catch-up or email summary may be provided.

Important Information

Do not book dogs showing aggression or extreme nervousness — please contact us for advice or a possible 1-to-1 session.
Provide detailed information on your enquiry form.
Multiple dogs from one household may attend, but each dog must be booked separately.
Each dog must have one handler aged 18+.
- Children aged 7+ may attend but cannot hold the lead.
Dogs must be fully vaccinated with proof.
All dogs must wear an ID tag.
Group classes always carry a small risk of infectious disease transmission (e.g., kennel cough). Vaccinations reduce but cannot eliminate this risk. By attending, you accept this condition.
