Service Description

For puppies up to the age of 6 months this class covers all foundations for puppies including recall, focus, calmness, leave it and much more. The course is carried out over 4 45 minute sessions over 4 weeks in a friendly, fun environment with small classes for more puppy progression.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your booking within 24 hours of making a payment and receive a full refund. If your course begins within 24 hours of you making payment and you wish to cancel in this instance I reserve the right not to issue a refund. Once this 24 period has passed payments are non refundable unless: • A puppy/dog cannot cope or is deemed unsuitable for classes, in which case a refund would be issued. A refund for the number of weeks remaining on the course would be refunded in this situation. • The dog passes away If for any reason classes can't take place in person; for example hot weather or unsuitable road conditions due to ice or snow, heavy traffic, coach illness classes may be held online and will remain non refundable and cannot be rescheduled. If an owner can't commence classes because the dog is ill or has come into season, the classes can be rescheduled to another course on a future date. I can only move courses for this reason on one occasion and I would appreciate as much notice as possible to be able to fill spaces in classes. If a week of training is missed, the week cannot be repeated and therefore the owner forsakes the money pre-paid for this week. However depending on circumstances and amount of notice given I may be able to offer an online catch up or an email summary of what has been missed that week. Please do not knowingly book a dog that shows aggression or extreme nervousness. Please contact me if you are unsure if a class would be suitable for you dog or whether a 121 session would be more appropriate. Please provide as much information possible on the enquiry form given to you. You may attend with multiple dogs from one household. Each dog must be booked onto the course separately. When attending classes, each dog must have one handler over the age of 18. Children over the age of 7 are welcome to classes however someone over the age of eighteen must hold the dogs lead at all times. Dogs must be fully vaccinated with proof available to attend classes. All dogs must wear an ID tag to attend classes. In any situation where dogs are in close contact with each other, there is some risk of the transferal of infectious diseases, including kennel cough and this is the case with bringing your dog(s) to a group class. Vaccinations reduce but do not eliminate the risk of infections. Therefore, by attending classes you understand the risk and in the event of your dog becoming ill, cannot undertake a claim against me.
